E-shops

E-shop development: a store that sells while you are closed

We build online stores for businesses in Ioannina and across Greece: a fast catalogue, a simple checkout, and an admin you can actually use.

E-shop from €1,500, with your first 50 products loaded

What your e-shop includes

  • Catalogue with categories, filters and search, built for phones first
  • Cart and checkout with card payments (Viva Wallet or Stripe), cash on delivery, bank transfer or pickup from your shop
  • An admin for products, photos, prices, stock and orders
  • Order confirmation emails to you and to your customer
  • Your first 50 products loaded for you
  • Terms, privacy and returns pages (templates for your accountant or lawyer to check)
  • SEO for every product and category, plus Google Search Console
  • One hour of training, and the first year of hosting and support included

Built for how Greece shops

Greek customers still love cash on delivery, compare prices on Skroutz and expect fast shipping. So we can connect your store to ACS and other couriers so shipping vouchers are created automatically with every order, and send your products to Skroutz and marketplaces through a product feed. For spare parts we can add a vehicle finder (make, model, year).

You can try real e-shops we built on the our work section: a motorcycle dealer with automatic ACS vouchers, a car-parts store and a shop with card payments through Stripe.

Yours, without monthly platform fees

Unlike Shopify-style platforms, there is no monthly subscription and no fee per sale from us. After the first year, hosting and support for an e-shop cost €480 a year and are optional. The code and the data are yours.

How much an e-shop costs

  • E-shop: from €1,500, with the first 50 products, payments, admin and the first year of hosting and support
  • Add-ons: courier integration, a Skroutz feed, a vehicle finder or more products, priced separately in your written quote
  • After the first year: WEBA Care for an e-shop, €480 a year, optional

If you only need to show your products without online payments, a business website with a catalogue and a "request a quote" button may be enough, for less.

Who it's for

Shops that want to sell outside opening hours, producers of local products who ship all over Greece, stores for spare parts, clothing, equipment and homeware, and businesses that take orders by phone or Instagram messages today and want it to be simpler.

E-shop development in Ioannina and across Greece

We are based in Ioannina and meet businesses in Epirus in person, but we build e-shops for all of Greece, online and with a live link. Your store sells everywhere: by courier across the country, and with pickup from your shop for customers in your town.

What we need from you

  • Your product list with prices and stock (a spreadsheet is enough)
  • Product photos, your own or your supplier's where you are allowed to use them
  • The shipping methods and delivery charges you want
  • A Viva Wallet or Stripe account for card payments (we show you how to open one)

Timeline

A typical e-shop is ready in 4–6 weeks. You watch it being built on a live link, approve the design before we build the rest, and get two rounds of changes.

Before you open, read how visitors become loyal customers and why speed brings sales.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an e-shop cost?

A WEBA e-shop starts at €1,500, including the first 50 products, payments, admin and the first year of hosting and support. Extras such as courier integration or a Skroutz feed are priced separately in your written quote.

Which payment methods can I accept?

Cards through Viva Wallet or Stripe, cash on delivery, bank transfer and pickup from your shop. You choose which ones to offer.

Can I add products myself?

Yes. The admin lets you add products, change prices and stock, and manage orders from your computer or phone. We show you how in a one-hour training.

Can the e-shop create courier vouchers automatically?

Yes. We have connected stores to the ACS Courier API so the voucher is created with each order. Other couriers can be added too.

How long does an e-shop take?

A typical e-shop is ready in 4–6 weeks, depending on the number of products and add-ons such as courier integration.

Do I need Shopify or WooCommerce?

No. The store is built with our own code, with no monthly platform subscription and no fee per sale from us. Only your payment provider's fees remain, such as Viva Wallet or Stripe.

Can I also sell on Skroutz?

Yes. We can build a product feed so your products appear on Skroutz and other marketplaces, as an add-on in your written quote.
